1. Log into your Customer Portal account -
*If you have not signed up for an account with the Customer Portal, you will need to create your account first (use the signup link).

2. Click on My Subscriptions in the top navigation. This will take you to the page that shows all your subscriptions.
3. Scroll down to Cancel Subscription and click the red Cancel button. Choose the reason you are canceling the subscription from the options.
4. Choose the offer or confirm your choice by clicking on “No, Still Cancel”

Should you wish to restart your cancelled subscription at any time, simply click Reactivate under the Try Again section within My Subscriptions.
You can delay your subscription up to one month.
1. Log into your Customer Portal account -
*If you have not signed up for an account with the Customer Portal, you will need to create your account first (use the signup link).

2. Under My Subscriptions, click on Edit Subscription for the product you need to delay.
3. Scroll down to the Too Many Products? section and click on Delay Your Delivery.
4. Choose the date from the calendar up to one month in advance.
5. Select the new date and click the Select Date button.
Your subscription will automatically renew on your chosen frequency based on this new date.
You can update which products you are subscribed to as well as adjust the delivery frequency.

2. Click on Edit Subscription next to the subscription you need to edit.
CHANGE DELIVERY FREQUENCY
1. You can change how often you receive your autoship orders by selecting the Reschedule All tab in the Too May Products? section.
2. Choose Frequency from the drop-down menu and click Reschedule.
CHANGE RENEWAL DATE
1. Scroll down to the Too Many Products? section and click on Delay Your Delivery.
2. Choose the date from the calendar up to one month in advance.
3. Select the new date and click the Select Date button.
Your subscription will automatically renew on your chosen frequency based on this new date.

3. Click the Edit button in the Shipping Details section to update the address you would like your orders to be sent to. Click the Save button. Please note that any field with an asterisk (*) is required.
4. Click the Change button in the Billing Details section to update the address associated with your method of payment.
5. Enter the updated address information and click Save. Please note that any field with an asterisk (*) is required.

2. Click on My Account.
3. Click Change/Update below Payment Method.
4. Choose either PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.
5. Enter the updated payment information and Save. This will replace the information currently on file. NOTE: If the credit card number does not match with the expiration date and CVV, the box surrounding the card number will be outlined in red.
