At the Petlab Co., we care deeply about our community of pet parents, and how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted not only our own team, but also the global community at large.

As we continue to maneuver through this unprecedented health crisis, we have introduced stringent and vigorous hygiene procedures across all of our manufacturers, fulfillment, and HQ teams. We want to reassure you that your safety is our highest priority and that our core values remain as strong as ever.

We rely heavily on physical labor to process, pack, and deliver your orders. Due to social distancing requirements and safeguards, we have been faced with unforeseen delays in these areas, as many employees tend to their children and family members (with school closures and evacuations of senior living situations).
